This course explores the thoughtful choreography of guiding guests through a space, whether toward discovery, away from congestion, or through moments of redirection. Grounded in respectful communication and emotional intelligence, learners will examine how tone, body language, spatial design, and cultural sensitivity combine to shape seamless and meaningful guest experiences.
From managing crowd flow to creating surprise-and-delight moments, participants will develop strategies to guide movement with clarity, tact, and care, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and welcomed.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Explain the role of communication in shaping guest experience and movement
2. Apply verbal and nonverbal techniques to guide guests respectfully through space
3. Analyze flow patterns and identify points of congestion or missed opportunity
