This course explores the dynamic world of body language and nonverbal communication, helping participants build confidence, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence in guest-facing and team-based environments. From posture and gestures to greetings and global etiquette, learners will discover how to communicate more clearly and respectfully across a variety of backgrounds.

Whether welcoming someone from around the corner or around the world, this course helps learners understand what their body may be saying and how to use it intentionally to create connection, trust, and belonging.
