First Steps Bundle

Practical knowledge needed for a safe and successful operation.

Designed and developed by IAAPA, the First Steps courses are an excellent training tool for frontline and supervisory level employees. Comprised of six separate self-paced courses, First Steps are intended to train employees on the skills needed to ensure guests have a safe and positive experience in your attraction.

These 30-minute courses include inline activities and a knowledge check to reinforce the concepts learned. Each course also includes a brief refresher on working with guests, the basics of safety, the importance of keeping the facility clean, and how to work as a team. Complete the courses in order or pick and choose based on your training needs.
