Course Description
This course provides leaders within theme parks, attractions, and leisure operations with the practical knowledge and skills needed to build and maintain a positive safety culture.
It explores how everyday leadership behavior, communication, decision-making, and responses to unsafe situations influence workforce behavior and safety performance. Learners will examine human factors, behavioral safety, visible leadership, and risk-based decision-making, with a particular focus on maintaining safe standards during operational pressure.
By the end of the course, learners will understand how to lead by example, respond constructively to safety concerns, build trust and fairness within their teams, and embed safety into everyday leadership practice.
