| This seminar continues the saga of waterpark manager Mr. Burns. The case from 2024 did not settle and is now going to trial. Experienced waterpark lawyers and an industry insurance expert demonstrate what can happen at trial if the park fails to properly handle and document injury incidents. The presenters will perform a mock trial examination of the fictitious water park manager, who definitely should have attended more IAAPA education sessions. This participatory session makes you a juror. Has the jury reached a verdict? Attendance at the 2024 Expo session, “Your Deposition Is Served,” is not a prerequisite to this 2025 presentation. |
